Not so long ago, I purchased an interesting device — this is an Aqara Cube, this is a control device, it is quite compact, it works using the ZigBee protocol, they have become quite cheap, and in principle they can be bought in China, you can buy them in Russia, I bought it at a discount for 900 rubles, it was possible for 500 rubles you can find it in our stores, but in general, this price is already acceptable. The device itself is interesting, it is essentially made like a cube of a fairly compact size, and it has the ability to control different devices. For example, you can support such modes as left and right rotation, respectively, you can put a cube on one of the sides, it can determine which side it is, and also do some action, or you can flip it over, and it also determines this movement, you can push him, and this action is supported, and then he passes the side he was on during this action, supports a 90-degree turn, and supports a 180-degree flip. There is also a mode, you can tap it twice on the table, and it will also display it as an action, or toss it, and this action will also be connected via ZigBee enough. It's just that I didn't use the branded Aqara gateway and didn't use the Xiaomi gateway, I immediately connected to the smart home system via a stick and, in principle, it's fine to see each other and it's displayed in the Home Assistant system, and in principle I use a separate server to manage it here. And it's also quite capable of supporting this device, I wanted to use this device to manage scripts....
